Talofa all Regional Hashers

APIA HASH HOUSE HARRIERS (AHHH) will be hosting a Regional Hash in Samoa during the first week of July 2008. This will co-incide with the Jazz Festival which should promise to be an exciting time for Hashers and Jazz lovers. We will keep you posted of the upcoming event with the upcoming activities:

Below is a tentative programme for HASH Activities. Those in the region who are interested are kindly asked to contact SassygirlBJ with their contact details etc., and expression of interest to participate. We are currently tidying up the Budget for this inaugural event so dont hesitate and bookmark the dates and we will revert with other information as they come to hand.

Tentative Programme:

July 1 Tue: Hashers arriving and checked in to respective Hotels

July 2 Wed: Sightseeing and shopping tours etc.,

All hashers will join Jazzers to a Welcome Cocktail

July 3 Thur: Hashers and Jazzers depart for the Beautiful Island of Savaii

1st Run will be held at Manase

ONON with Jazzers

July 4 Fri: Everyone return to Upolu and recover

Evening is free for all to visit the local restaurants and other hangouts to enjoy the

various gigs by the jazzers

July 5 Sat: MAIN UPOLU RUN

EVENING: HASH BASH - which will be a full on Beer Fest type Festival

July 7 Sun: Jazz at the Lalomanu Beach - BBQ for hashers and beach party

July 8 Mon: Last Run on Upolu - will be a Bush Run - Cloud 9 Eco-lodge followed by farewell

BBQ.

We will be arranging some packages with the hotels and will range from Budget to Midrange.
